Publisher's description

FluidProp has been initially conceived by P. Colonna, the concept has been elaborated, extended and implemented by T.P. van der Stelt. Alberto Guardone has contributed vThermo to FluidProp and participated in the implementation of the RefProp model.
GasMix implements an ideal gas model for fluids and mixtures.
IF97 implements models for the calculation of thermodynamic and transport properties of water and steam according the IAPWS.
RefProp implements reference equations of state as well as technical equations of state for pure fluids and mixtures.
Refprop is developed and maintained by the National Institute of Standard and Technologies and any specific information can be found in the original distribution package. FluidProp standardizes the RefProp interface and makes it a COM server. We gratefully recognize the friendly cooperation of Dr. E.W. Lemmon of the Physical and Chemical Properties Division of NIST at Boulder.
StanMix implements a model based on a cubic equation of state and modern mixing rules that can describe a huge variety of fluids and mixtures with few parameters.
TPSI implements accurate thermodynamic models for few fluids as described in:
Reynolds, W.C., Thermodynamic properties in S.I., Department of Mechanical Engineering - Stanford University, Stanford, CA, 1979.
vThermo implements the ideal gas, ideal Z gas, Van der Waals, Redlich-Kwong, Soave-Redlich-Kwong, Peng-Robinson, Clausius II and the Martin-Hou equations of state for pure fluids. It has been contributed to FluidProp by Alberto Guardone of Dipartimento di Ingegneria Aerospaziale, Politecnico di Milano, Italy.

It is easy to learn and use, and not complex.
